Travel Planning

There are no "packages" on the shelf. Every trip will be customized to your needs and wishes. You will be met at the airport upon arrival and we will see you off when it is time to leave.

While you are in the country our staff is on stand by 24 hours a day, should you need us. It could be for an emergency, need for additional information or clarification or maybe you want to make some changes in your schedule. We will take care of it all for you with your complete satisfaction guiding our efforts.

Transport Coordination
Whatever type of transportation you'll need while visiting, we will be happy to provide the solutions that suit you best. Private, semi-private, public or charter; rental car, bus, air or boat; or a combination of all, we have the expertise and experience to find what is right for you. Comfort, security, time and overall travel experience will all be taken into account when working out a plan that fits your schedule and budget.

A single reservation of a rental car or a complete travel package to various destinations for a large group, no request is too small or too large for us to handle. If required we will assign a bilingual travel coordinator to accompany you, taking care of all practical details and making sure everything works out smoothly.

Like with all planning, the more advance notice you can give us the better our ability of putting together a package exactly tailored to your wishes.

Overall Responsibility Your stay in Costa Rica may involve using the services of several individual providers, be they hotels, airlines, car rental agencies or other types of businesses. When allowing TravelAméricas Costa Rica to organize your trip we also assume the overall responsibility for coordination and making sure all the individual elements of the whole package are seamlessly integrated.
